The Florida “Declaration of Domicile” is a document that allows you to declare that you’re a bona fide resident of Florida. It states that you reside in and maintain a place of residence in the state. You intend to maintain the residence as your permanent home.

How can I make my domicile?

- A copy of SSC or Matric Certificate.
- Proof of trade or occupation.
Why is domicile required?
Domicile Certificate is an essential document which proves that a person is an inhabitant or a permanent resident of the city. As per law, this certificate can be obtained from one city only. You may require domicile certificate for a job or for seeking admission in the university.
